Nuparc bought and managed a number of Nursing Care Homes across the UK. Nuparc were responsible for the complete management and operation of these facilities.

Gaborone Private Hospital
Nuparc carried out the initial study to assess the commercial feasibility of building Gaborone’s first private hospital. Based on the results of this study Nuparc were awarded a contract to prepare a design brief, commission, equip, staff and manage the hospital.
Ibn Al Bitar Hospital, Baghdad
Nuparc won a contract to operate and manage The Ibn Al-Bitar hospital in Baghdad on behalf of the Iraqi Ministry of Health. The Ibn Al-Bitar was established as Iraq’s first tertiary referral hospital. Celebrated for it's cardiac care processes, the hospital was commissioned, equipped, staffed and managed by Nuparc.
